Caliber Armor Extreme Impact Trauma Pads are engineered to provide a non-ballistic impact-absorbing layer behind your hard armor plates. While the do not increase ballistic protection, they significantly reduce blunt force trauma from back face deformation and add comfort for extended wear.

Made from high-density microcellular urethane foam, the same trusted material used in advanced sports protection, these pads deliver reliable shock absorption and an ultra-low compression set. Built for durability, flexibility, and long-lasting performance.

So far so good. Helps with comfort a bit as well. A little tight in the medium FCPC V5 fyi, but it fits.

Thanks for taking the time to write a review. Good to know that it's a bit tight in the Ferro Concepts carrier. We've been talking about making some different sizing so you can run a smaller trauma pad behind thicker plates. 🙏

Both the 3+ plate and the trauma pad are great, well made, fit good, only complaint is, the plate is heavy, heavier than my ar500 3+ plates with spall build up from a different company, but the new plate is multi curve, where my old ones are single curve, making the new plate alot more comfortable to wear long periods. . . over all they are really good plate for steel plates, and alot cheaper than most you will find anywhere else. . . I'm happy with my purchase.

Estreme Impact Trauma Pad SAPI Cut

Appears to be well made, sealed up to protect against moisture and sweat. The price was really good as well. Hope I never need to test how it helps with an impact, but compared to a few of my other plate backers, it seems pretty much the same.

absolutely fantastical trauma pads

absolutely spicy trauma pads, I had someone punch me in the chest wearing two and it really mitigated the impact quite well compared to some other pads I've tested which is fantastic, I would recommend getting at least two to place behind your armor

if your wearing soft armor then maybe 3 pads, because from the test it definitely shows stacking more than 1 trauma pad adds an incredible amount of backface mitigation compared to one

as for typical hard armor then 1-2 is all you need, tho probably having 2 behind your non level 4 plates would greatly help if the plate isn't too thick or if the plate carrier your using isn't too small.
