  • Connecticut Residents: Non-law enforcement residents are prohibited from purchasing body armor. Law enforcement officers or agencies are exempt.

  • New York Residents: Certain purchases may be restricted. Contact us directly to verify eligibility.

Export Compliance (EAR & ITAR)

Certain products, including Level III and IV rifle-rated armor plates, are subject to U.S. export laws (EAR and ITAR). Export, transfer, or re-transfer to foreign persons or destinations without U.S. government authorization is strictly prohibited and may result in civil or criminal penalties.

Caliber Armor may require proof of U.S. citizenship or residency prior to shipment. Failure to provide requested documentation will result in order cancellation and a full refund.

SECTION 6 – ACCURACY OF BILLING AND ACCOUNT INFORMATION

Violation may result in termination of access.

SECTION 13 – DISCLAIMER OF WARRANTIES; LIMITATION OF LIABILITY

We do not guarantee that the Service is uninterrupted or error-free. Use of the Service is at your own risk.

Assumption of Risk

Body armor is not bulletproof, only bullet-resistant, and no product can guarantee protection against injury or death. Injuries may include bruising, broken bones, internal injury, or death. Plate carriers are non-ballistic without proper armor plates. You assume all risks associated with the use or misuse of products.

Warranty Disclaimer

ALL PRODUCTS ARE SOLD “AS IS” AND “WITH ALL FAULTS.” ALL WARRANTIES, INCLUDING IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY AND FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, ARE EXPRESSLY DISCLAIMED. No oral statements, images, or descriptions constitute warranties.

Limitation of Liability

Caliber Armor shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages. Our sole liability is limited to repair or replacement of defective products at our discretion.
