Modular Operator Plate Carrier (MOPC) Gen II

Modular Operator Plate Carrier (MOPC) Gen II

A proven, mission-ready plate carrier designed for modular customization, all-day comfort, and compatibility with Caliber Armor ballistic plates.

The Modular Operator Plate Carrier (MOPC) Gen II by Condor Outdoor has earned a reputation as one of the most trusted and widely used plate carriers among law enforcement, security professionals, and prepared civilians. Designed for durability, modularity, and comfort, the MOPC provides a reliable platform for carrying rifle-rated body armor while allowing users to configure their loadout to meet a wide range of operational needs.

Built for Modular Loadouts

The MOPC Gen II features extensive MOLLE webbing across the front, back, and cummerbund, allowing you to customize your setup with magazine pouches, medical kits, radios, utility pouches, and other mission-essential gear. Its modular design gives users the flexibility to configure the carrier for law enforcement, security, training, or emergency preparedness without being locked into a single loadout.

Comfortable Enough for Extended Wear

Long hours in body armor demand a carrier that balances protection with comfort. The MOPC Gen II incorporates removable low-profile shoulder pads, adjustable shoulder straps, and a breathable 3D mesh interior liner that promotes airflow while helping reduce discomfort during extended use. The adjustable cummerbund and internal waist strap allow users to customize both fit and support, creating a stable platform while improving overall mobility.

Compatible with Caliber Armor Plates

The MOPC Gen II is designed to accommodate a variety of Caliber Armor hard armor plates, making it easy to build a complete ballistic protection system.

Compatible armor options include:

• AR550 Steel Plates
• AV2 Armor Plates
• HX Armor Plates
• CaliberX Soft Body Armor Plates

Supported plate sizes include:

• 10" × 12"
• 11" × 14"
• ESAPI plates up to 10.25" × 13.25"

When using thicker ceramic or composite armor plates, the carrier comfortably accepts standard 10" × 12" configurations.

Adjustable Cummerbund System

The adjustable cummerbund allows users to tailor the carrier for comfort, stability, and operational requirements. Built-in soft armor pockets provide additional flexibility for users incorporating compatible soft armor inserts.

For users requiring hard side plate protection, the Gen II cummerbund is compatible with the optional VAS Side Plate Insert, allowing hard armor plates to be added while maintaining the carrier's modular design.

Cummerbund adjustment range:

40"–48" (measured around the navel)
