Adjustment Instructions
To Tighten: Turn the rear dial clockwise until the desired fit and tension are achieved. Audible clicks indicate adjustment.
To Loosen: Pull the dial outward, away from the nape pad, to release the ratcheting mechanism. Gently pull the retention system to relieve tension.
Adjust the system until the helmet feels secure and comfortable without excessive pressure.
Compatibility & Hardware Notes
The Caliber Armor Helmet Retention System is designed to fit many ballistic helmets that use a standard four-point bolted attachment configuration. Compatibility may vary by helmet model and mounting hardware.
Important: The included mounting hardware may not be compatible with helmets equipped with side rail systems. If the included hardware is not long enough, use the hardware supplied with your helmet's side rails or upgrade to extended-length helmet hardware.
