CaliberX IIIA/HG2 MOPC Body Armor package. We have designed custom IIIA/HG2 Soft Armor panels that fit perfectly inside the Condor MOPC plate carrier. This design gives extended wrap around coverage that extends through the entire cavity of the carrier.
CaliberX Soft Armor panels offer a lighter weight duty vest. We use our most popular MOPC Carrier from Condor Outdoor because it is a trusted model by Law Enforcement and Security Agencies throughout the United States and abroad. This is a great option for security professionals and first responders who need lightweight protection during long shifts.
CaliberX Body Armor Features

CaliberX IIIA Soft Body Armor Inserts
The CaliberX Soft Ballistic Body Armor line is proudly manufactured in our Louisville, Kentucky facility. Designed to meet the gold standard of 1.1 lb per sq ft areal density, it delivers exceptional protection without unnecessary bulk.
We engineered a hybrid layup of UHMWPE and Para-Aramid materials, creating panels that are 10% lighter and offer 15% less backface deformation than other soft armor systems — reducing blunt force trauma and increasing comfort. Our CaliberX Soft Armor system is crafted for resilience, withstanding multiple hits from powerful handguns. Each fiber absorbs and disperses energy to minimize trauma. This makes our armor comfortable, lightweight, and protective, enabling you to react quickly when it matters most.
Ballistic Resistance & Protection
Independently tested in accredited labs under NIJ-STD-0101.06 and 0101.07 HG2 guidelines, with additional special threat testing. Tested and verified to meet or exceed NIJ standards, the CaliberX Soft Armor Wraparound Panels protect against multiple handgun threats.
