Fully Configurable DV8 Plate Carrier

The DV8 Plate Carrier was designed specifically for Caliber Armor's low-profile rifle plates, eliminating the excess space often found when thinner armor is used in traditional plate carriers.

Manufactured entirely in the United States and Berry Compliant, the DV8 features a streamlined design that provides a secure fit without unnecessary bulk. The included 4-inch elastic cummerbund helps maintain a close, comfortable fit while remaining compatible with additional cummerbund options.

Every carrier also includes a dual QASM modular placard attachment, allowing users to customize their loadout with compatible magazine pouches and accessories.

Advanced AV2 RF2 Body Armor Plates

Included AV2 RF2 body armor plates are manufactured using Caliber Armor's advanced alloy construction and feature a true multi-curve profile created through a single-press manufacturing process for improved comfort and ergonomics.

Each plate comes standard with PolyShield Anti-Spall coating, helping reduce fragmentation while maintaining a thin, lightweight profile.

The AV2 plates are designed to provide dependable rifle-rated protection while remaining comfortable enough for extended wear.

NIJ RF2 Performance

The AV2 armor plates are rated and tested to meet or exceed the performance requirements of NIJ Standard 0101.07 RF2 while also providing protection against additional special threats, including M855A1 and 7.62×54mmR.

Designed to bridge the performance gap between traditional Level III and Level IV rifle armor, RF2 provides enhanced protection against modern rifle threats while maintaining a thinner, lighter profile than many comparable armor systems.
