Ergonomic Multi-Curve Comfort

Comfort matters when wearing body armor for extended periods. Each included steel plate features Caliber Armor's one-piece multi-curve design, engineered to follow the natural contours of the body while improving mobility and weight distribution.

Unlike multi-step bending processes, Caliber Armor forms each plate using a single press, helping preserve the structural integrity of the steel while delivering the ergonomic fit users expect from premium armor systems.

Proven Condor MOPC Gen II Plate Carrier

The included Condor Modular Operator Plate Carrier (MOPC) Gen II has become one of the most recognized and widely used plate carriers among law enforcement and security professionals.

Designed for modular customization, the MOPC features extensive MOLLE webbing, adjustable shoulder straps, a breathable 3D mesh liner, removable shoulder pads, and an adjustable cummerbund to help users build a comfortable, mission-ready loadout.

Compatible with multiple Caliber Armor plate options, the MOPC provides a versatile platform that adapts to a variety of operational needs.

Choose the Right Configuration

Every user has different coverage requirements. This package allows you to customize your armor system by selecting the plate size, cut, and protective coating that best fits your intended application.

Plate Options

  • 10" × 12" Shooter's Cut
  • 10" × 12" SAPI
  • 11" × 14" Shooter's Cut

Available Coatings

PolyShield® Spall Protection

Designed to help reduce projectile fragmentation while providing an additional protective coating over the steel armor plate.

Standard Coating

Provides corrosion resistance and environmental protection for the steel plate.

Adjustable Fit for Most Users

The included MOPC Gen II is designed as a one-size-fits-most carrier with an adjustable cummerbund accommodating waist sizes from 40" to 48".

To determine the appropriate plate size, measure from the bottom of the jugular notch to approximately two to three inches above the navel, then measure nipple-to-nipple across the chest to verify proper coverage.

Expand Your Protection System

The MOPC Gen II is compatible with additional Caliber Armor accessories, allowing users to expand their loadout as their needs evolve.

Compatible upgrades include:

  • CaliberX IIIA Soft Armor Side Panels
  • VAS Side Plate Inserts (required for hard side armor)
  • MOLLE-compatible magazine and utility pouches
  • Medical kits and communication accessories

Great Company and Product

I reviewed many Body Armor companies and only (3) seemed to be legit. Caliber being one of them. Caliber was the most affordable and received favorable reviews on YouTube (actual reviews. . . not paid commercials). Once I placed my order, I was contacted by sales pointing out an error I had made in my order. WOW. . . great customer service. The issue was resolved and my order was shipped. The shipping information e-mail I received contained a link to my actual shipment and not some third-party page that made me enter the information again. The entire process was First Class; I hope I never need to put my armor to the test but if that should occur, I have no doubt in the product. Thank you Caliber. . . for a wonderful purchasing experience and a product in which I have full confidence!!!

Plate carrier Vs. steel plates.

All of the products are top notch quality. I simply wish someone would have flagged my order, as the armor does not fit the plate carrier that I purchased at the same time.

Great Plates, Decent Carrier

The plates seem to be of better quality than most other plates, the shooter's cut plate is especially comfortable. I knocked a star off because of the carrier. It's a nice carrier, but lacking some of the options that other carriers offer. Overall, very solid purchase at a great price, would not hesitate to buy this again.

First time armor buyer

The only regret is I wish I'd have got the spall coating. I would've paid the extra 40 bucks but I didn't see the option just cuz the way the website is. Can't beat the price to get the multi curve tho.

Worth it!

I hope I never need it, but it feels great! Fit is good. I'm a thick guy, 11x14 plates fit me better. It's comfy to wear it. And for the price totally worth having it if I need it.

4 plate carrier set

well im not planning on shooting this to test the quality. im taking the word of all the reviews and tests and knowledgeable testimonials that this is top tier plate armor. The carrier with the multi curve plated is a great fit for anyone who is over 6 feet tall and a few pounds to spare. only thing i would say is having the 14" plates an option would be nice. big frames need that extra coverage and isnt that much of a weight increase or issue with mobility. definitely happy and hope it only has to see use at the ranges:sign_horns:

blew away my expectations

The armor surpassed my expectations as far as quality and appearance with the armor and spall coat. It shipped within 18 hours of me placing the order. I had a question about the plates fitting my carrier and they answered within 2 hours (late in the evening). I saw the video where the guy blasted this armor with an elephant gun. The armor performed well in the video but did not have a high-quality production appearance. But after I watched the video again, the guy said that Caliber just sent him a promo to test so it was probably a reject. Overall, the quality of this purchase blew away my expectations. Caliber may want to shoot new photographs of this package because the product is way better than the pictures on-line.

Great rig!

Carrier and plates only weigh in at 24 pounds. Not bad. Carrier is tough but comfortable. Nice package.

Great quality and fast shipping

The curves on the plates are really comfortable and the price for the quality you get. My only complain is after I bought a kit, I got a notification that they shipped in the morning. A few hours later I got a notification that they had a sale, so I ended up buying more plates lol. They will be replacing other plates I have from another well known body armor company
