Warranty Policy
1. Overview
Double Tap Industries & Caliber Armor are committed to ensuring every customer is 100% satisfied with their purchase. We stand behind the quality and workmanship of our products. If you have any concerns about the quality or performance of our products, please contact us, and we will make sure the issue is resolved to your satisfaction.
2. Warranty Coverage
This warranty covers all products manufactured by Double Tap Industries & Caliber Armor (hereafter referred to as "the Company"). The warranty is valid from the date of purchase and covers defects in materials and workmanship under normal use and maintenance. This warranty covers self-defense incidents, but not intentional damage or gross negligence.

4. Exclusions
This warranty becomes null and void if the damage is caused by:
- Damage caused by bullet strikes to components that are not intended to be shot.
- Normal wear and tear, including wear caused by friction from moving parts.
- Normal wear caused by bullet strikes on target plates.
- Products that have been modified or altered from their original configuration.
- Damage caused by misuse, abuse, or improper handling.
- Modifications or repairs made by unauthorized personnel.
- Damage resulting from accidents, natural disasters, or external factors (excluding self-defense incident's).
- Products not purchased directly from Caliber Armor or an authorized dealer.
5. Warranty Claim Process
To make a warranty claim, please follow these steps:
- Contact customer service at sales@caliberarmor.com with proof of purchase and a detailed description of the issue.
- Our team will evaluate the claim and may request additional information or photos.
- If the claim is approved, we will provide instructions for returning the product or arrange for a replacement or repair at no cost to the customer.
- Customers are responsible for shipping costs to return the product to us, while "the Company" will cover the cost of shipping the repaired or replacement item back to the customer.
6. Limitation of Liability
"The Company" is not liable for any incidental, consequential, or indirect damages arising from the use or inability to use our products, even if advised of the possibility of such damages. Our maximum liability is limited to the purchase price of the product.
Return/Refund Policy
We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
Exceptions / non-returnable items
Certain types of items cannot be returned, like perishable goods, custom products (such as special orders or personalized items). We also do not accept returns for hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases. Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.
Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.
Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
