Caliber Armor NIJ Certified Level IV body armor is a cost-efficient ceramic/composite design that provides level IV protection. Finished with a CORDURA® nylon wrap, the 4403 plate is highly durable, water resistant and has enhanced resistance to tear and abrasions. It can be stored in a vehicle for quick access, so it’s a perfect fit for active shooter scenarios. Engineered to be cost effective without compromising on quality. When involved in an active shooter situation, the plate wearer can stand strong, confident they are being protected by the very best.
Caliber Armor Hard Body Armor Plates are engineered to exceed the rigorous National Institute of Justice (NIJ) standards. The 4403 plate is NIJ Certification Certified.
Offered in both law enforcement shooters cut and SAPI medium this multi-curve plate fits in most available plate carriers.
The plate is .83" thin and weighs in at 7.9 lbs.
