Caliber Armor NIJ Certified Level IV body armor is a cost-efficient ceramic/composite design that provides level IV protection. Finished with a CORDURA® nylon wrap, the 4403 plate is highly durable, water resistant and has enhanced resistance to tear and abrasions. It can be stored in a vehicle for quick access, so it’s a perfect fit for active shooter scenarios. Engineered to be cost effective without compromising on quality. When involved in an active shooter situation, the plate wearer can stand strong, confident they are being protected by the very best.

Caliber Armor Hard Body Armor Plates are engineered to exceed the rigorous National Institute of Justice (NIJ) standards. The 4403 plate is NIJ Certification Certified.

Offered in both law enforcement shooters cut and SAPI medium this multi-curve plate fits in most available plate carriers.

The plate is .83" thin and weighs in at 7.9 lbs.

Great Effing Job.

I recently purchased two of these plates. Taking a lengthy time to personally assess them, and wearing them for extended periods; boy are these things comfortable! Especially compared to issued plates of state or federal government: They feel a lot heavier, outside of the carrier, than they truly are. The second I had my rig on with these plates, there was no doubt in my mind they were the correct and perfect fit. Let alone the protection they provide at such a well compromised weight and price, I am confident entrusting my vitals and hopefully not my life, into this fantastic product that you have made so easily accessible to those of us who could need it. If you want to buy quality and Made-in-USA

The build feels very solid and the plate is covered by a sturdy fabric that provides grip against a carrier's inner lining. It's not light and or thin, but that is to be expected. It fit perfectly when paired with my Scarab LT carrier- I have very happy with my Made-in-the-USA combo.

Amazing Product!!

This product is built fantastically. It's very heavy duty and reliable. It also very comfortable to wear for long periods of time. If you are thinking of buying your first plates or just an extra set know you will be very happy with them! Not to mention they came packaged very well and were delivered to my front door faster then a week.
