The CaliberX Covert Wraparound Body Armor Package combines our Covert Concealable Vest with the CaliberX Wraparound IIIA Soft Armor Panels—a lightweight, concealable armor system engineered for comfort, mobility, and complete protection.

Built with our hybrid UHMWPE/Para-Aramid armor system, the CaliberX panels flex naturally to the body, offering extended front, back, and side coverage while maintaining a low-profile fit under clothing or uniform shirts.

The Covert Carrier features breathable moisture-wicking mesh for long-term comfort, making it an ideal choice for everyday wear by law enforcement professionals, security teams, and responsible citizens alike.

Sizing Guide:

Measure your waist with a soft tape at navel height, wrapping fully around. Choose the size equal to or greater than your measurement:

• Small: Max 33”
• Medium: Max 41”
• Large: Max 51”
• X-Large: Max 60”

*Note: Small, medium, and large panels correspond directly with our Covert, M.O.D., and Patrol carrier sizes. Panels sides can be worn flush or overlapped for enhanced side protection.

The CaliberX Soft Ballistic Body Armor line is proudly manufactured in our Louisville, Kentucky facility. Designed to meet the gold standard of 1 lb per sq ft areal density, it delivers exceptional protection without unnecessary bulk.

We engineered a hybrid layup of UHMWPE and Para-Aramid materials, creating panels that are 10% lighter and offer 15% less backface deformation than other soft armor systems — reducing blunt force trauma and increasing comfort. Our CaliberX Soft Armor system is crafted for resilience, withstanding multiple hits from powerful handguns. Each fiber absorbs and disperses energy to minimize trauma. This makes our armor comfortable, lightweight, and protective, enabling you to react quickly when it matters most.

Ballistic Resistance & Protection

Independently tested in accredited labs under NIJ-STD-0101.06 and 0101.07 HG2 guidelines, with additional special threat testing. Tested and verified to meet or exceed NIJ standards, the CaliberX Soft Armor Wraparound Panels protect against multiple handgun threats.
