Refund and Returns Policy


We accept returns and exchanges within 10 days of delivery of your purchase. Please carefully inspect your items and adjust for optimal fitment. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must be in the original packaging and have tags attached if applicable.


Returns are subject to a 10% restocking fee if no immediate exchange is requested. All returns and exchanges that are not due to fault of Caliber Armor, damage or defect are returned at the buyer’s expense. We have negotiated rates with shipping carriers. You can choose to ship the item back on your own, using the carrier of your choice, or we can provide you with a return label and factor that amount into the refund or exchange amount. Shipping costs are non-refundable. You are responsible for requesting shipping insurance if needed. Please keep your packing material and box. You may need to add additional packing materials. If the item comes back to us damaged or was improperly packaged, we cannot accept the exchange or return.


To complete your return, email, and include the following information:

  • First and last name
  • Order number
  • Phone number
  • Reason for your return/exchange request

You will be issued an RMA number, instructions for returning the times along with an estimate of the exchange/refund amount minus any restocking and shipping charges. Please do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer before you receive an RMA #. This number must be clearly shown on the outside of the box and inside the box must include a return packing slip provided by Caliber Armor.

Once your return is received and inspected, you will receive an email to notify you that we approved your returned item. You may not receive a refund or be able to exchange if the returned items are damaged, used, or soiled. We will verify exchange sizes or return amounts and process the refund or send an invoice for the balance and send you tracking for the exchanged product.



When approved, your refund will be processed less any restocking and shipping charges. A credit will be applied to your original method of payment. It typically takes 5-10 business days for the refund to post to your account.



We understand that you might need to get a different size or style. We highly encourage reaching out to one of our knowledgeable customer service or sales staff before you make a purchase if you are not sure about sizing for your armor. If you need to exchange you will follow the above instructions and we will waive the 10% restock fee. You are still responsible for the cost of shipping the item/s back to us. If there is a balance due, we will email you with the details and payment options and ship the exchange item.


Products Purchased from Dealers and Distributers

We will only process returns, refunds and exchanges from customers that purchased directly from, direct in store and phone purchases. If you purchased your Caliber Armor products from a retail location (dealer), distributer or wholesaler, you would need to contact them directly to process the return or exchange.


Sale Items

If you purchased your items during a sale or close out your value will be of the original purchase price of the item. We reserve the right to not extend that sale amount for exchanging items if they are no longer on sale. We do our best to be fair and flexible, but there are times that it is not possible to offer the same special deals. Discontinued or close out items may be marked non-refundable, non-exchangeable. This will clearly be marked in the description of the product.
